- Historic Barn Loft: Use of our historic gambrel barn loft for your ceremony and/or reception.
- Natural Surroundings: A beautiful location nestled in the Willapa Hills on the banks of the upper Chehalis River.
- Table & Chairs: 60″ round tables that seat up to eight people each and white folding chairs. Additional rectangular tables may be used for a head-table and/or banquet food and beverage staging.
- Basic Sound System: Includes speaker, microphone with stand and input for client provided aux cord.
- Private Preparation Rooms: Two private wedding party preparation areas.
- Multiple Gathering Options: Indoor and outdoor ceremony & reception areas (plan for sun, be prepared for rain).
- Photo Settings: Multiple pasture and woodland settings for photographs & activities (availability varies by season and/or weather) including the north patio and south courtyard with fire circle.
- Dry Camping for Guests: RV/travel trailer dry-camping allowed in pasture the night of the main event (certain conditions apply).
- Venue Host: On-site venue host for the duration of your event who is available to answer questions and help troubleshoot as needed. Please note that the host is not a Wedding Planner or Day-Of Coordinator.

Full Service Micro Wedding Packages
Owl & Olive’s full-service Micro and Small Wedding Packages provide everything you need for an amazing celebration with your closest family and friends. The rental period is 10am–8pm providing 10 hours for your celebration – more than enough since Owl & Olive is handling all the set-up, clean-up, and meal preparation!
Full-Service Packages Include:
- Up to 15 people are included in the base price.
- A total of 15 additional guests may be added (for an additional fee) for a maximum total of 30 people including the couple.
- A day-of-event host.
- Your choice of ceremony & reception locations including the barn loft, riverside, gardens or Café patio.
- Private riverside rooms for the couple to prepare for the ceremony.
- Beautiful flowers to adorn the couple and up to six combined attendants. Flowers are selected from a menu of tried and true designs by one of our favorite florists,
- A delicious wedding cake or gourmet cupcakes locally sourced.
- A non-alcoholic sparkling cider toast.
- A delicious three-course meal (plus your cake/cupcakes!) served in the Café at Owl & Olive, in the barn loft or on the Café patio. Meal may include appetizers, soup or salad and an entree. Select from our special event menu with food being prepared and served by one of our favorite caterers.
- An assortment of non-alcoholic beverages that may include lemon infused ice water, iced tea, lemonade, coffee, tea and a variety of classic sodas.
- All glassware, plateware and silverware.
- Basic set-up/clean-up included – just show up and enjoy! (You may choose to add additional décor on your own.)
